BRIEF BIOGRAPHY OF THE ARTIST:
Born in San Carlos on October 4, 1917, near Chillán, in south central Chile. His father was a music teacher, his mother a farmer guitar and singer. There were nine siblings who lived his childhood in the countryside. At nine years began in the guitar and singing, at twelve he composed his first songs.
